We are based in Taunton, Somerset but can accept boards from all over the UK and internationally

Yes, dependant on your needs, the option to travel to you can be discussed and arranged. 

We often travel to support paddle clubs and business with their requirements.

Of course, we don’t want anyone to go unsupported and miss out of getting their inflatables repaired. 

We can arrange all the logistics and plans to come and visit no matter where you are in the world. 

No, We specialise in the repair of inflatable boards. However we closely with some of the best repairers in the country.

Yes, of course. We can advise on or supply reliable courier services and help you to arrange everything. Shipping charges usually work out at £13. When the work is completed we will arrange the courier for the return. 

This is dependant on the need. Valve servicing and cleaning can be done while you wait. Whilst more severe repairs can take up to 3 to 4 days. Expectations on timeframes can be given at the the point of quote.

Of course. We are more than happy to support you should you want to attempt a repair yourself. 

We understand the full in’s & outs of a paddle board across pretty every brand that’s out there. We have a full insight into what construction, style, etc.. we would recommend and what we would avoid when buying a board. 

You can contact us directly through the services page or the contact us page. Tell us what you need, and we will provide a quote to complete the work. Once the board is with us we will keep you informed every step of the way. All repairs are quality checked before being returned.

In the rare occurrence that your board cannot be repaired we can work with you to upcycle your board and do what’s best for sustainability. We can then look to support you with a replacement board.

Should you not want to keep your board after the repair or indeed have already replaced your board. There may be the opportunity for us to take the board from you, this is discussed on a case by case basis.

We don’t new sell boards directly but we do work with some of the biggest brands in the country, so if you are in the market for a new board, we can support you.

We will on occasion have ex-demo and display boards available available so just ask to see what we have. 

Yes, the best techniques and materials are used when working on your board. Every repair will go through various strength and integrity tests before the board is returned. Our repairs are then warranted and deemed safe for use on the water.

This is dependant on the level of repair but yes of course. If there are adaptations to use or care for the board, this will be communicated to you. i.e. do not inflate to maximum psi.

No not just repairs. We offer full cleaning services and care packages. We also offer bespoke services like installing a new cargo system or go-pro mount.

No, we can repair other items too. Inflatable technology carries very similar construction methods. So things like rib boats, kayaks, hot tubs, bouncy castle etc.. could all be repaired. 

There’s nothing to stop you repairing the board yourself. Please bear in mind should it not go well it could lead to further damage and cost if  the work needs to be un-done.

Also the cost for me to carry out a professional repair can sometimes be cheaper than buying all the materials yourself. 

Repairs can vary from board to board and the construction of boards can vary across brands. This can have an impact on the cost. We will always provide, where possible, an accurate quote prior to work starting.
